Since its founding, No Limits has developed its core programming based on the belief that every child, no matter their hearing loss and economic status, must be given the opportunity to have their voice heard in the world.

No Limits programming is centered on confidence-building techniques that will give deaf children the tools to express themselves. No Limits, to date, is the only organization serving deaf children from birth to age 21, at no cost to lower-income families.
