Dr. Lilian Flores Beltrán Ph.D., LSLS Cert AVT® has a Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology, a specialization in Cognition and Language, a Master's degree in Educational Technology, a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D) with a major in Pedagogy from the University of Hawaii and also a Doctorate in Education from the National Autonomous University of Baja California, Mexico. She was certified in Auditory-Verbal Therapy by the AG Bell Academy in 2003.
In 2005 she received the Professional of the Year Award from the AG Bell Association, and in 2006, she received the Dr. Maria Elena Anzures Award from the General Hospital of Mexico, Mexican Ministry of Health.
She is the author of seven chapters, five books and one application, all related to aural rehabilitation. She is, for the second time, a member of the board of directors of the Alexander Graham Bell Association, as well as of the Mexican Association of Human Communication SLP. She is currently the Rehabilitation director for MedEl Latin America, consultant for several associations dedicated to hearing loss, and is in private practice.
